About Us:
REO Roofing is a locally owned and operated business based in the Chippewa Valley, proudly serving Eau Claire, Altoona, Chippewa Falls, and the surrounding areas.
My career in roofing began in 2013 when I relocated to Denver, Colorado, to assist with the restoration efforts following a major hailstorm. During this time, I worked for Aspen Contracting, a nationwide leader specializing in hail and storm restoration. A few months later, I was transferred to Austin, Texas, in response to a catastrophic wind and hail event. However, after some time on the road, I realized that my future was in the Chippewa Valley, and I returned to Eau Claire.
Upon my return, I joined Weathersafe Restoration, a local company, where I contributed to serving the community for three years. When they moved operations to the Twin Cities, I chose to remain in Eau Claire and began working for Sand’s Services, a start-up company that I helped grow alongside the owner for three years.
After gaining valuable experience with multiple businesses over the course of eight years, I founded REO Roofing. To date, I have been involved in over 700 roofing projects across four states. I am a licensed and insured Dwelling Contractor in the State of Wisconsin, committed to providing quality home exterior services to the residents and businesses of the Chippewa Valley.

“Randy and his crew were great to have on this project!! Very efficient and thourough, and paid attention to every detail. They ripped off old siding from 1960, put on new Tyvek, added new Insulation and taped the seams, and then added the new LP siding to match my garage and wood shed. Then there was some leftover boards and he was able to have the crew come back on a Saturday and do the top of my Boathouse!! That was a bonus and not part of the original bid. If you need some work done and want it done efficent and top quality, don't hesitate to give Randy a call!!”
